The city of Princeton is gearing up quickly for the start of a 2,800-home residential development in the works for years and for which construction is expected to get underway in January 2017.
Announcement of Whitewing Trails was made this week by Macavity Co., a Mesa, Ariz., developer that has purchased the property.
The development is on 860 acres located at Monte Carlo Blvd and FM 75. Purchase price for the acreage has been reported at $300 million. Home prices are expected to range from the low $200s to the low $300s.
