Princeton football snapped a 52-year losing streak to Celina last Friday in the season opener at Jackie Hendricks Stadium.
The 1-0 Panthers outscored the 0-1 Bobcats 28-13 in the second half enroute to a 42-27 victory.
“Obviously it’s always good to start off the season with win. The kids had a good week of practice and did what needed to be done in order to win,” head coach Lee Wilkins said. “Celina is a solid team and we were able to pull out a win.”
