Interviews ended quickly last week when Princeton Independent School District trustees decided to promote Assistant Superintendent Donald McIntyre to the top post.
Trustees had set up Tuesday and Thursday last week, March 17 and 19, to interview candidates for the superintendent’s job, but named McIntyre as the lone finalist after the first night of interviews.
