Construction should begin this year for Kroger and Home Depot stores at Princeton Town Center, according to development agreements signed last month.
They are among dozens of potential retail outlets planned for the 66-acre site on the northwest corner of U.S. Highway 380 and North Beauchamp Boulevard.
Documents show Mike Thompson, chair of the PEDC, signed the Kroger agreement on March 3 and the Home Depot agreement on March 19.
