Organizations, municipalities, school districts and other entities wishing to publish legal notices in our newspapers should submit notices by email to [email protected].

Please include:

• The complete legal notice copy
• The number of times the notice should run
• Any requested publication dates

The Farmersville Times is published weekly. The standard deadline for legal notice submissions is noon Monday for that week’s edition.

Deadlines may be adjusted during holiday weeks or when holidays fall near our production schedule. In those cases, notices will be due earlier than usual. Updated deadlines will be announced in advance when possible.

After submission, a proof and price quote will be provided for approval before publication.
