City has not received data center plans

A sign says there is no lake access from County Road 561 eastbound from the intersection with CR 559. 

Large estates on wooded lots surround the peaceful neighborhood that is the epicenter of the latest local fears about data center encroachment.

According to records filed with the Collin County Clerk, a data center developer has filed for access to the property just east of the Princeton city limits.
