All certified and non-certified Princeton ISD teachers will be getting a $2,000 per year pay raise, following a unanimous vote by the Board of Trustees.
The board emerged from a three-hour executive session and quickly approved the teacher raise, a 60 cent per hour increase for hourly employees and an extension of the pay scale for bus drivers from 20 years to 30 years.
The Monday, April 20, meeting began with the recognition of 36 students for their accomplishments in regional, state and national competitions.
