What do you get when you incorporate creativity with fresh fruits, vegetables and tasty entrees? If you’re a student or staff member of Princeton ISD, you’ll get a palate pleasing experience from the food services department.
In September, school administration took the opportunity to partner with Walker Quality Services, a consulting firm, to put a “wow” factor into their food services. President Alfred Walker, who is a trained chef, is no stranger to schools and has worked at 37 districts throughout the state including nearby Mount Vernon, Callisburg and Desoto, said the program is really about offering choices for students.
