The new Princeton Crossroads development that received approval from City Council at its last meeting is a different sort of real estate venture in that plans are to build a complete community with housing and retail establishments, as well as provide locations for a City Hall, hospital and hotel.
“We are building a brand new Princeton,” Ron Thomas land advisor with International Capital, declared.
Location of the development is on both sides of Hwy. 380 on the east side of town near Princeton High School. The site encompasses 297 acres.
