
A Planned Improvement District for the Crossroads project was approved recently by city council.
Developments. New businesses. Housing. Retail.
All of these things were the topic of conversation at the Monday, Jan. 22 city council meeting.
The first step for the formation of a Public Improvement District was unanimously approved by council for the 297-acre Crossroads project located along Hwy. 380 frontage on the east side of city.
A PID (Public Improvement District) is a defined geographical area established to provide specific types of improvements or maintenance within an area.
