A three vehicle collision occurred around 8:45 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 25 on FM 982 near the Buffalo Run Apartments. Four people were transported as a result of the accident.
Preliminary information indicated that the wreck occurred between a Pontiac passenger car, an 18-wheeler and a Jeep. An extensive extrication process was required to free the female driver of the Jeep. She was airlifted by PHI air medical helicopter to Medical Center of McKinney with non life threatening injuries.
