Tenants announced for Princeton Town Center

Work has begun on the Princeton Town Center development that will be anchored by a Kroger Marketplace, Home Depot and Hobby Lobby. Following the Kroger groundbreaking on Wednesday, July 15, developer Eric Seitz said the anchor buildings are scheduled for completion in July 2027 with a grand opening in the late fall of 2027.

A site plan for the 66-acre retail complex on the northwest corner of Beauchamp Boulevard and U.S. Highway 380 shows other tenants will include Texas Health Resources, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, PetSmart, Discount Tire, Murphy USA, Brakes Plus, 

First Watch, Feng Cha Tea, Dorado Nails, Mo Bettahs, Buffalo Wild Wings, America’s Best, Picklemans, Mountain Mike’s, Pacific Dental, Mattress Firm, Costa Vida, Sally Beauty and Total Care Urgent Care.
