PROSPER — Princeton’s volleyball team came into last week attempting to close out the first half of District 6-6A play on a winning note.
Although the Lady Panthers have not recorded a district win, they have shown a lot of fight and have been on the brink of winning several sets.
That fight was evident during Princeton’s road match at Prosper on Sept. 29. The Lady Panthers matched the efforts of the Lady Eagles at the start of each set, but Prosper’s offensive firepower and serving proved too much for Princeton to keep up with in a 25-12, 25-13, 25-13 loss.
