Public hearing Jan. 12: Bois D’ Arc Professional Park

The City of Princeton will hold a public hearing to consider rezoning of Bois D’ Arc Professional Park, consisting of approximately 53.3865 acres of land situated in the Hardin Wright Survey, Abstract No. 957, more particularly described by Collin County Appraisal District Parcel ID 2765589, 2894999, 2889841, 2866389, Princeton, Collin County, Texas from Manufacturing/ Industrial Light (M-1) to Planned Development 47 with base zoning C-1 Commercial District-Office, light retail and neighborhood services (PD47/C-1). The purpose of this rezoning is to allow for professional office and retail/commercial uses in place of industrial manufacturing uses, and to establish design standards that will ensure high-quality architectural design for future development of the property.
