Two medical office buildings are planned for the Princeton Business Park on the northeast corner of South Beauchamp Boulevard and Corporate Drive. Council agreed to replat one of the seven lots created in September 2017 into two separate lots, splitting 2.8 acres off from the 25.8-acre lot.
Director of Development Services Shai Roos said one of the newly created lots would be used to build two medical office buildings with a combined size of more than 26,000 square feet. The Planning & Zoning Commission approved the change at its Feb. 2 meeting.
Councilmembers also approved the final plat of a 2-acre commercial property for Kiddie Academy on the east side of Monte Carlo Boulevard north of West Princeton Drive. Council approved the preliminary plat request by Akshayam Childcare, LLC, at the Oct. 14, 2025, meeting.
Councilmember Cristina Todd asked that the item be pulled from the consent agenda so she could find out whether there was a stormwater detention system in place because it was not indicated on the city’s GIS (Geographic Information System) map.
