With two dissensions, the Princeton City Council has levied assessments for the costs of certain improvements in Whitewing Trails Public Improvement District (PID) No. 2, Improvement Area #3C.
City Finance Director Kelly Wilson said the area comprised about 45 acres and would consist of 175 single-family homes on 50-foot lots.
She estimated the finished lot values and buildout values were $88,500 and $425,000, respectively, with a total buildout value estimated to be $74,375,000.
