Princeton ISD’s top two teachers were the center of attention at the annual banquet to honor the district’s best and brightest.
“You put in long hours and so much effort, and it’s not easy,” Superintendent Donald McIntyre said at the Wednesday, May 6, event. “It can be a thankless job, so we are here to show our appreciation for all that you do.”
Southard Middle School Algebra I teacher Kuang Jen Lu was named Secondary Teacher of the Year. Lu has been with Princeton ISD since 2012 and has worked in education for 21 years.
