A California-based executive search firm was city staff’s top pick to hunt for Princeton’s next city manager.
CPS HR Consulting of Sacramento, which also has a regional office in Austin, was among more than 10 firms responding to the city’s request for qualifications, Alternate City Manager James Waters said.
“An evaluation team consisting of Employee Experience, Finance, Police, and Public Works Departments reviewed submissions based on published criteria,” said Maggie Metzger, the city’s purchasing officer in a memo for the Tuesday, June 23, City Council meeting.
