The Princeton-Lowry Crossing Chamber of Commerce has welcomed The Whitley, a 330-unit multifamily community located south of Caldwell Park.
A ribbon cutting was held last month at 596 N. Beauchamp Boulevard between College Street and U.S. Highway 380.
The Whitley consists of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes from 724 square feet to 1,294 square feet.
Half of the apartments are reserved for residents earning up to 80% of the area median income.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, fire pits, dog park, interior pet wash and business center.
The total monthly price includes base rent, all monthly mandatory and any user-selected optional fees. It excludes variable, usage-based, and required charges due at or prior to move-in or at move-out.
The security deposit may change based on screening results, but total will not exceed legal maximums. Some items may be taxed under applicable law. Also, some fees may not apply to rental homes subject to an affordable program.
All fees are subject to application and/or lease terms with prices and availability subject to change.
Residents are responsible for damages beyond ordinary wear and tear and may need to maintain insurance and to activate and maintain utility services, including — but not limited to — electricity, water, gas and internet. Additional fees may apply as detailed in the application and/or lease agreement, which can be requested prior to applying.
Two pets are allowed per unit with some breed restrictions in place.
