Public hearing Jan. 12: 1503 Longneck Road

The City of Princeton will hold a public hearing to consider rezoning 1503 Longneck Road, consisting of approximately 1.00 acre of land situated in the David Cherry Survey, Abstract No. 166, Princeton, Collin County, Texas from Single Family Estate (SF-E) to Planned Development 46 (PD 46). The purpose of this rezoning is to allow for professional office and retail/commercial uses as outlined in PD 46 in place of residential uses.
