The class of 2017 concluded their Princeton High School careers Thursday, June 1 as they walked across the stage at Allen Event Center.
The 246-member class walked into the auditorium to the notes of Pomp and Circumstance performed by the Princeton High School band.
Hunter Peacher, senior class President and Callie Burton, senior class Secretary led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by the National Anthem sung by the PHS Choir under the direction of Rachel Lavender.
The invocation was given by Class of 2017 Reporter Alex Adams.
Honorary speaker for the commencement ceremony was Dr. Sarah J. Morris, who graduated from PHS in 1998.
