After years of delays, disputes and unanswered questions, developers of the Ironwood at Princeton apartments say the long-stalled project is fully funded, permitted and moving toward phased completion.

Officials with Blóm Capital, which acquired the stalled project in December 2024, said they have resolved liens, permitting issues and contractor disputes left by the previous ownership and resumed work on the 306-unit development on U.S. Highway 380.

“That’s the purpose of this meeting: What is it we’re asking for? What are we trying to accomplish? And how to still keep the product the same that was approved back in the day,” said Rich Neuharth, Blóm’s chief acquisitions officer.
