The Princeton Pride Marching Band strutted its stuff to a third place final finish Monday afternoon at the University Interscholastic League State Marching Contest in San Antonio.
A total of 23 Class AAAA bands competed at the Alamodome. The bands peformed for a panel of judges for honors.
This was the eighth consecutive appearance for PHS musicians at the state contest. In its last two appearances, the band also claimed third place.
