The cost of Princeton’s multi-generation recreation center has been pared by up to $20 million, Parks & Recreation Director Chase Bryant says.
In a report to a City Council work session on Monday, May 11, Bryant said the price of the Princeton Aquatics and Recreation Center — PARC — was reduced from $80 million to $60 million “all-in” by cost-cutting and reallocating funds to other park bond projects approved by voters.
Bryant told The Princeton Herald the documents needed before construction begins should be completed by the end of September. He said the project is projected to be finished in 2028.
