ROYSE CITY – The Panthers basketball team had just one game last week in their final action before Christmas Break. After a strong showing in Corsicana’s Tournament the week prior, Princeton’s matchup with Royse City didn’t go quite as well last week, as the guys fell 60-40.
It was a night where the Panthers never truly found their rhythm, outside of a run in the second quarter that kept the game from getting too far out of hand before halftime. After falling behind 15-8, Princeton matched the Bulldogs shot for shot in the second quarter, thanks to seven points apiece from JeVaughn Martin and Mason Carroll.
